On November 5,2015 the iTeam investigative team from CBC Regina reported on the Regina Qu'appelle Health Region's cardiac rehabilitation program. In the past year, the cost of Regina Qu'appelle Health Region's cardiac rehabilitation program has increased form $126 to $440.
